In our experience, no two organisations are alike.  Each faces its own internal and external challenges, from penetrating new markets, securing existing ones, capturing mindshare, to influencing stakeholders.  Our job is to get 'under our clients' skin' as quickly as possible to find out what makes them tick and determine why others should buy into that.

We're in this business to provide press coverage for our clients amongst many other things, but unless it's the kind of coverage that enhances our clients' reputation and changes perceptions over time, then
it's not worth the paper it's written on. We don't therefore wave fat press cuttings books at our clients unless the coverage inside delivers compelling messages to key audiences - customers, prospects and investors.

Our working philosophy and culture is based on partnership and this means becoming an extension of our clients' resources, rather than being considered an external supplier.  Partnership also applies to the way we work internally. We share knowledge, share experiences and above all, we share a sense of humour so that coming to work is fun.  And, all our clients 'buy into that and buy a bit of everyone.'

But, we don't slavishly ape the culture of our clients; we believe that an agency should bring another perspective to the business, another way of thinking, another set of problem-solving skills.

Clarity of thought, clarity of expression, clarity of communication drives the FPH culture and our approach to client relations.

Are our clients satisfied with this approach?  We'd prefer them to do the talking:

"You've done a 1st class job over the years. We've achieved much together. I have learnt a lot working with you. You have been a great team and group of wonderful individuals to work with."

Martin Caddick - Director, Fujitsu Consulting April 2004
